Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact us 48 hours in advance. All consultations require a paid consultation fee before the consultation date is confirmed. If the consultation is cancelled the fee WILL NOT be refunded. Deposits are due at the time the contract and quote are accepted. The terms are explained in the contract. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Should the service be cancelled the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The cancellation of services will result in 100% of the deposit being retained by the provider (Aligned Chaos). Services can be rescheduled within 30 days at the provider’s discretion.
